¨ Design – Design is influential in the life of everyone.  It is a marketing tool that one may not always think about.  It creates human response, action, emotion, and even security.  4 design takes pride in getting to know our clients, their world, and who will be influenced by the space.

 

¨ Service – Service is always priority.  With the demands on today’s world it is sometimes hard to always meet these demands, but 4 design is dedicated in doing everything possible and beyond to make our client’s experience an exciting one.

 

¨ Team – 4 design is starting it’s 4^th year as a full service interior design firm.  Lissa Rolenc, ASID, started 4 design in 2004.  Now that business is growing strong, she has alliances with talented designers and architects that have become part of her success.  4 design’s goal is to develop and grow this team, and then turn it into a equal partnership by 2010.

 

¨ Fun – Always be able to laugh out loud - even at yourself.

 

¨ Family – Family is always important.  Lissa has used 4 design to help teach her own daughters about business.  4 design is also flexible with all team members, in understanding that work has to be completed, but can be achieved outside of the normal office with creative work teams.

 

¨ Professionalism – Respect is a must for our clients, mentors, and all other construction and design trades.  We cherish each profession and contractors’ talents and use them to our advantage in achieving success.

 

¨ Style – 4 design is casual and down to earth.  We do not pretend to be anything except who we truly are, and sometimes we may even do so with a little style.

 

¨ Improve – Perfection is always a goal for every project, but we believe that there is always room for improvement in the design process, along with materials used in solving every unique problem.  We strive to continue to look at new opportunities and ways to do so.

 

¨ Respect Planet Earth – Materials are researched and specified by our team to be the most earth friendly in all of our designs.  We believe every little contribution to fight global warming is a must.  4 design is currently researching the LEED Interior Design Certification process to become a leader going forward in Green Design.

 

¨ The Future – 4 design is gearing up for the future. The international design market has become one that every firm needs to be ready for.  In the future, more design will be done via email, web-cam, internet project sites, and other unknown tools to come.  Interior designers will need to be both technically savvy and creative to a whole new world of clients never seen face-to-face.  With busy lives and fast access, clients are going to become more and more demanding wanting instant completion and answers.  Competition will become increase as designers will not only be competing with other local firms, but the world.  4 design understands that the changes in the world have to be taken in stride.  New challenges must be approached with an optimistic attitude.
